By accessing or using the Whytehall Estates website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any additional engagement letter or mandate document signed between us.

2. Nature of Services

Whytehall Estates provides real estate advisory, transaction structuring, property management and related services. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation, guarantee of return, or investment advice within the meaning of applicable securities laws. Every mandate is subject to a separate written engagement letter.

3. Property Listings & Information

Property information, pricing, floor plans, imagery and specifications displayed on this website are indicative only and drawn from developer, owner or public sources. We diligence every listing before presenting it to a client but cannot warrant absolute accuracy. All final terms are governed by the sale-deed, agreement to sell, or engagement letter signed between the transacting parties.

4. RERA Disclosure

Where applicable, RERA registration numbers are displayed on individual project pages. Whytehall Estates is a real estate agent registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA). Buyers are advised to independently verify RERA details prior to any transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including editorial, photography, brand assets, code and design — is the intellectual property of Whytehall Estates or its licensors. Content may not be reproduced, republished, or exploited without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) attempt unauthorised access, (b) upload malicious code, (c) impersonate any person or entity, (d) submit false information via our enquiry forms, or (e) use our content or contact information for spam, harvesting or unsolicited communication.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to developer websites, news articles or other third-party content. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or content of third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whytehall Estates, its directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on any content herein. Our aggregate liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the fees paid to us under the specific mandate to which any claim relates.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Whytehall Estates harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Nothing in these Terms restricts our right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance.
